We started by asking detailed compliance questions to understand all regulatory requirements, required disclosures, APR ranges, loan terms, and specific language mandates. We developed four distinct commercials targeting specific audiences (auto loan intenders, lease expiration, in-market home buyers, mortgage shoppers)—each with full compliance language and required disclosures. We deployed through streaming TV with addressable targeting, built Google Ads for search capture with compliant ad copy, set up comprehensive lead tracking, and provided clear performance measurement while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
