We built a multi-channel strategy targeting customers at every stage. We created premium commercials and deployed them across Netflix, YouTube, and YouTube TV to build awareness among in-market auto shoppers. We used geofencing to target competitors' customers and foot traffic tracking to measure showroom visits. We built inventory-focused campaigns that highlighted specific vehicles by VIN number, creating urgency and relevance. We segmented their CRM list to target existing customers with maintenance offers (tires, oil changes, service packages), turning one-time buyers into recurring revenue.
